Been a part of CAUK for a number of years now, and I can honestly say the guys and girls that train here are like an extended family. We don't just turn up for the training, and the desire to learn new things or to get fit, but also for the camaraderie. The techniques taught here range from self defense, traditional Ju Jitsu, modern day MMA techniques and Kickboxing drills.
